Yes I laughed as well

However its inevitible that some prick will be offended and start spouting off about how we're the idiots and basically take a joke way to seriously. This happens a lot when you make fun of the french:

If you're going to make a joke, but you have to whine about the catcalls before they even happen, maybe you shouldn't be making the joke in the first place.
