Has anyone out there personally bought & replaced stock hood insert of their VX with same? Could you tell me if new stock insert has to be painted or is it ready for installation out of the box? My stock insert is cracking.

After a nightmare of getting 3 different inserts from the dealer (each one had some sort of flaw out of the box), the fourth one was perfect.

Comes ready to install. No painting needed.
