Does anyone think that a 18x9 wheel and a 285/60/18 tire with a +18 offset will fit without a lot of trimming?

hump, I saw that you tried to PM me, but my box was full.
My setup has a +2 offset, and required a bit of trimming inside the front wheel wells. Since you're going +18, you should be just fine - that's 3/4" more inset than mine, so you should only have very minor trimming. People who have put 285/60/18's on the stock wheels (I think +32 offset) have had very very little trimming only on the cladding. You'll be somewhere in between. If you want to be absolutely safe, though, and trim next to nothing, go for a 285/55 - that will be closer to stock diameter, anyway.
