Currently I have 255/60/17's on my VX and I am thinking of filling out the wheel well a bit more. So, I am thinking of 265/65 or 70/17's. Any thoughts on this, or should I just have some test mounted and see?
Thanks in advance for your input.

You might just try deciding how big you'd like to go, take some measurements of your current set-up in the wheel well, then use this calculator to determine what tire size would match your requirements.

I did a quick comparison of the stock size, your size and what you want.

Moncha - Thanks for doing that. Your help, has helped me to decide. I like that tire calculator with the visuals.
Thanks Y33 to you as well.

Spaz - I do have the springs to lift my VX, but I don't know about that mod yet. I am kinda over my 4x4 phase in my life after having a on FJ40 for 10 years and a TJ for 4 years. Your rig looks and sound great though.

Rooster - Not quite yet. I said that if I end up moving back to Colorado for work, then I would do the lift and I am not sure if that will happen or not.
