Problem with HID headlights

I have had the Brightstar HID headlights for over a year now; and love em.
However recently one of the lamps immediately turns off after turning on. The other side is fine. Any ideas what might cause this? Obviously the bulb isn't burned out, because then it wouldn't come on at all. All suggestions, ideas appreciated.

Checked the fuses?? Of course, you did... May be the ballast going out or may be grounding out.. Check all of your connections for being loose and or wet/damp or chafed.

Switch bulbs side to side, switch igniters side to side, switch ballast side to side...whichever one causes the problem to switch sides is the culprit.
