Well at 99,556 miles my transmission died. Thank God for the 3 year 50,000 mile warranty I got when I purchased it used in April. Should be back on the road Monday. Anything I should know once I'm rolling again.

Yeah, which place did you take it? I had a botched tranmission replacement done on my trooper once at a place in Raleigh.

I had a 97 GMC Jimmy (uses the same tranny), it failed at 8900. The stealer replaced it with a remanufactured unit. I sold the truck as soon as my 75K extended warranty expired!

Change filter at least every 30K, fluid every 15K, and synthetic fluid.
