Auto door locks & side mirrors

My JDM door has to be manually locked, however, it unlocks automatically when the ignition is turned off. Is this normal? Never had it on any other cars before.

Also is it possible to wire the side mirror opening and closing motor to open and close automatically when the car is started and when ignition is turned off?

Usually it uses RPM sensing or foot brake to lock the door locks. The alarm is aftermarket. Check what brand you have and check it out on the internet.

Wiring the windows may not be a good idea because it might kill the window motors pretty quick. Otherwise just add on a relay to control it.
