What's In your Off Road Pack

What types of things do you guys carry with you on your off road ventures? What kinds of things are a waste of time and money?

Full size spare
Portable air (Co2 or compressor)
First aid kit
Tools
Recovery gear ( a strap at least)
Fire exstinguisher
Map of the area you'll be in
Water
Food
CB radio or FSR's for comunicating
Preferably another vehicle...I don't wheel alone if its anything more than a dirt road
A good spotter...




Grampa Bob (Green Dragon) is probably one of the most prepared VXers when it comes to off roading. I'm sure he and others will add a LOT to this list.
