Been trying to get a hold of Ron with no luck, so I guess it's time to take it to the forums. Here's the deal.... I got a set of his clear side fender markers and no sooner did the elements some in contact with them, they pulled the old ClearCorners pull-apart thing. I decided to just take them off and fix them. Basically, the outer lense is a seperate piece than the actual base of the light (just like the factory) and it's those 2 pieces that are dislocating. I intend to just take them completely apart and attempt to re-glue them back together. I may even weld/melt edges with a soldering iron. Unsure right now.

SO.... any tips on a really good silicone for plastics? I have silicone I recieved from ClearCorners back in the day (something-something 3000) and it appeared to work ok my the lenses, but soon after, the lenses were mashed ina lovely accident anyways. Any ideas on an adhesive are appreciated. These lenses are far too nice to just skip over.

Silicone adhesives won't bond with plastic at all.
You might want to try a Weld-On product (for acrylic) or even plain old model cement. You need to chemically weld the pieces, heat won't do anything but burn it.
