Got the VX tuned today and still having problems. Engine light is still on with a 0107 reading. I got to looking under the hood and found that my air cleaner is clogged with all kinds of dirt and debris. Looks like I need a new one.

Auto Zone told me that I needed to replace my MAF sensor to get the 0107 code off of the computer.

I need some help. The car idles still idels rough and it's a lot harder to start. Up until a few days ago all I had to do to start it was to turn the key. Now it winds.

As you know the MAF sensor ain't cheap.
What do you guys think?

You could clean the MAF. From what i've heard, it is quite easy to clean. Search this site and you'll find some threads on this topic.

Try cleaning it. Just pull it out and spray it with electronics cleaner then reset your comp by unplugging the battery for 15 min. If it's still showing the code have them clear the code and try reseting again if that doesn't work you might need a new MAF. Also check that the plug is seated all the way and that the connectors to the MAF and plug are clean.
