Not real cup holder. What we have instead is a strange square hole in the center of the console behind the shift knob. You can put a cup in it and drive with moderate safety. But the cup is not cradled secure so it can move unless the cup is big enough to fit snuggly against the sides. I have found that a Fugi water bottle fits perfectly in the space.

yea there really isnt much of a factory cup holder. i was actually thinking of making some custom ones outta fiberglass that would go somewhere next to the console. maybe by the shiftknob on the right and left.

See this thread, for adding the trooper cup holder in place of the rear ashtry... been working great for me!

I've been using this adjustable cup holder for years and it works great.

nice options...couple questions......
Cyrk...are they akward (sp?) mounted there for the driver and front passeneger to use?
and...Deermagnet....how does it mount? I am assuming double stick tape?

There's a couple ways to mount it. It comes with a screw and velcro tape. I drilled a hole and went with a small bolt with a double nut to really keep it secure.

I use the same cup holder as Deermagnet, and mine is held in place with double-sided tape. I trimmed the bottom to get a tighter fit and also trimmed the side away from the brake handle to allow more room for my mug. I've had to hit the brakes pretty hard with a full mug (20 oz, I think) and it held fine with just heavy-duty double-sided tape, not the velcro that came with the kit, but the tape used by RC modelers to hold servos and electronics in their cars.
