I am in the market for a VX again. I sold my Ironman 2 years ago and I have been thinking about another VX for a bit. I have to work my way through the 33801 new posts I have missed since my last login in 2004! (whew, you guys have been talkin!) I would like to find a 2001 with less than 40K on the clock. There are NO listings in the Denver area right now so I may go out of state. Any leads and suggestions this group has to offer would be welcome...

Hey there...

Should you find yourself in another VX - drop me a line! I see you're in the Westminster area. I'd love to meet up...

Thanks VCrossfan, it would seem there IS a local VX for sale, Dragon Green located in Boulder, CO. Hmmmm... I may have to scoot out from work a little early. I also found a low mileage 01 Ironman in MA...I wonder how much they would charge to ship it to me? Anyone else done this....?

Being a handy sort of guy, I always planned on building my own coffin...
That is, until I got a VX. Now I think I want to be buried in it instead.

Hey John....
Welcome back to your senses :p

I recently had a car shipped from Vermont to Arizona on an open car carrier and it cost around $900.00. So when you are buying that far you gotta figure on at least $2.00 to $4.00 per loaded mile for transport (depending on how many cars they are carrying at the time, cheaper if they have a couple on there going the same way).

Good luck with the search

Yes, Denver area got slammed with snow about two weeks ago. Lots of broken trees. Luckily, I only got rain at my house...Ski areas are starting to open up too.
