I need a towbar, I have tried everywhere in Sydney Australia but know one wants to touch it. So I was hopping to be able ship one over and fit it myself.

Try Tone Monday.com, there is a link under the accesories drop down on the right side of the VX info. home page. He has a couple to choose from.
However...be warned, he also has lots of other "goodies" that will empty your wallet faster than a trip to Vegas. :p

Paul, look at Tones towbar, it has a 5,000 tow capacity i tow a 23' 4,000lb boat all the time with no probe, also Tones hitch is very compact making it lighter and cheaper to ship to Oz

Last I heard, a tow bar goes in front, and is used for unmaned vehicles to be towed behind. Like RV's do.

In Australia a towbar is a hitch.


I can vouch for Tone's hitch as well -very solid piece of work.
