Help With My Own Net Error?

Iknow that there are several computer and internet wizards here. I need help. For some reason I can no longer go to www.fileplanet.com. I have not been 'booted' out of it. Just one day I can, then the next I can't. I have tried it using Explorer 6, Netscape 4.7, 6, and 7 beta. I get a 'timed out' error on all of them. All of my other addresses work normally.
I can get there using this:

But once there, I can't move to another sub /site. I just get the same 'timed out' error.
Anyone with a clue??

Clear your internet cache - site works fine.

Fileplanet is way maxed on bandwidth also.. It's their servers that cause the time out.. There's times that I try to DL a 2mb file and it'll take 2-3 hours and I'm on cable!!
