Hi All,

Am gonna look @ a Vehicross tomorrow afternoon. Was initially looking @ the MDX but decided for something more uinque but still usable for skiing.

What are the key things I should look out for?

Thanks!

Scoll down your thread to the very bottom and you will find "similar posts". There is one who asked the question and received some 28 replies. Read that thread as well as the others. It may give you a lot of information to start.

It would be helpful to know more about the VX you are buying... did you check the VIN number with carfax for any possible accidents it may have gone through? Are you buying it from a member of this site?

I've got a cherry low-mile '01 still under manufacturer powertrain warranty that I'll deliver. Details in the "Vehicles For Sale" forum. :)

My best advice is: buy Joe's 2001 VX

You will know exactly what you are getting with his. A pampered VX... and delivery too.

Thanks for the advice and forum leads, am still looking local for a while before going outside the state.

Quick question for the helpful folks:

1. Is the hood flushed with the front bumper? I saw a Vehicross with the hood slightly (about 0.5") forward over the front bumper. Is that normal or something has hit the front before?

2. How tough is the passenger window fix?

Thanks!

Do you need to see another VX for comparison? If you are anywhere near the Burbank/Glendale area I could meet up with you this weekend. If you wish to do that PM me your phone # and I'll give you a call.

it isnt to hard. That hardest part is making sure you dont break the door panel taking it off. other then that it is a sinch.
