rear reflectors

Hs any one replaced the rear reflectors with either white fog lights for addition backing-up lighting or even hi-intensity red for rear fog light application?

I haven't done it....yet, but I was thinking the same thing. Maybe replace the reflectors with some of those beehive lights?
