Hey, I just bought a 2001 EB VX, and it only came with one remote entry key fob. I want to get another one so my wife can carry one as well. Does anyone have any suggestions? Should I look to get a factory Isuzu remote fob or are there some decent after market ones that I can get and program?

There's a couple of them on ebay. Not sure how much they go for new from Isuzu.

There are some places on the web that sell compatible fobs as well, check Yahoo or Google, they'll direct you to look up info on the back of your existing fob to get the correct one. Average price is around $30 - $40. Once you get another one you have to "teach" the VX's alarm to recognize it, as it can learn up to five different remotes.
