Well, it's Friday night, time to play mechanic. Thought I would check out the rear brakes calipers this time. Seem like they might be hanging up. (Notice when at a full stop, when brake release and accelerating, there was a feeling like a rear caliper was hanging, very slight jerk) Anway, Noticed the top floating pin (Guide Bolt) has flats along the pin every 120 degrees running longitudinally. Is this normal? Both sides have them.

I used a pyrometer to diagnose a dragging brake pad -do you have one nearby?
As for the guide pin, I have seen some with and some without the flats. I actually think that our Dragon had them, but I know that my Ironman doesn't. Maybe they were swapped out at some point on the Ironman, because the Dragon's brakes were factory.

No, don't have one nor do I know anyone that has one. It's not really like a dragging brake, just a strange 'pop', wrong word I know but don't know what else to use.
Are you saying the iron man is different or was just rebuilt calipers?

Oh yea, the pins were not dry or rusty. Will relube and torque.
