Purchasing a used VX/Warranty Questions

My Fiance' and I are going to be purchasing a 2000 VX with 50,000 Miles in a few weeks. How has Isuzu handled warranty work with VX's that do not belong to the original owner. Are the warranties even transferable? Your help is much appreciated. Jeff

if you use the search function on this forum, you can answer a lot of your own questions, theres a great thread called 'powertrain warranty' you can search for.. the warranties for 2nd owners (non family members of the original owner) get a 5 year 60k miles warranty on powertrain and i think thats it, you can call isuzu to find out the original purchase date of your particular VX and they will tell you how much warranty is left on it
