Trying to put some Bilstein shock on as part of my lift. The lower eye rubber bushing hole seems to be quite a bit smaller than the mounting lug on the axle.

I was going to try to alcohol it up and slip it on... If that doesnt work, Do they make larger I.D. diameter bushings? Any thoughts, suggestions or idea's would be appreciated.

Depending on the series shock you got they may have different eyes available and sometimes interchangeable bushings. Best thing is to call Bilstein direct using the number in your product package.

Are you using the 5150s?
Mine actually had the correct bushings, which kinda surprised me.

You can get replacement bushings from just about any source, just get the critical dimensions off of the shock eyelet and the mounting bolt.

Thanks.
When I went to pick up my OME springs the shop had 'em right there on the wall. They were still a little tight, as could be expected, but a little rubbing alcohol and they slipped right on.
