Im wondering what is the most anyone paid for an intake gasket replacement from a dealer,,i think i got hosed

That price was for the pair...

Even though the are "OEM", they were wider in the 'thin' parts than the originals. Obviously a corrected design flaw.

As for labor, did it myself (with my father that is). Dont remember how long it took. About 4 hours I think. I could probably repeat the process in an hour and a half. A lot of it was figuring out how to get at things and finding the right tools. Once apart it went back together quick.
