I have a 2000 Dragon Green VX that I purchased this year. I bought the VX from the original owner who purchased the VX in 2000 from a dealer in South Florida. The original owner told me that the VX had a 10 warranty. I have read that if you are not the original owner and have purchased the VX your warranty is limited to 5 years. Anyone know what's up on the VX warranty?

In a nutshell: The original 10 year/120K mile warranty is only available to the 1st owner or immediate family.

There is a basic 5 year/60K mile drivetrain warranty that stays with the truck.
