I've always used www.alldata.com to find recalls and technical service bulletins.
1999 VX (http://www.alldata.com/TSB/29/99293739.html)
2000 VX (http://www.alldata.com/TSB/29/00293739.html)
2001 VX (http://www.alldata.com/TSB/29/01293739.html)

Scroll up and click on the F.A.Q. button. Let browser load and scroll to the bottom. Not really recalls, they're technical service bulletins. There has never been a single recall on the VX that I am aware of... though there should have been on a few things (like the hood insert and power windows), but Isuzu will never admit to either.

Ya, you gotta love Isuzu for that. Does anyone know if the Japanese VX has these same problems? Just out of curiosity.

We should add Wet Mat Syndrome to the list of Recall needs.

The tech service bulletins are just information bulletins the manufacturer issues to their dealers to tell them how to deal with a certain problem.
If you have any of the problems listed in the TSB, take your VX to the dealer and refer them to the TSB number.
