Fuel Sending Unit?

Tone told me when he was with me to fix my intake manifold my unit was toast.

Could someone confirm to me that this is also what I need for mine.
My guage radically drops then creeps slow from 1/4 full to empty on my 99. Would like to get it dialed.

Then sending unit has been replaced in my VX over 3 times. I was told by the dealer because they were unable to fix it my VX qualifies for lemon law status. It's only a big deal if you do not keep tabs on how much gas you really have. I did not want to lemon out my VX, you may choose to do otherwise, and some others were able to have theirs succesfully serviced under standard or extended warranty.

No need to worry, my fuel guage has been jumpy for years with no other adverse conditions.
