What type of throttle mechanism does the vx use, is it mechanical, electri. or ?

we use a cable to move the throttle plate. A throttle sensor is connected to the throttle plate and this relays info to the ecm. No electronic throttle control on the vx. Only 3.5 that uses it is the axiom and I think the the 03 trooper. Not sure on the trooper though.
