DON'T do it. I traded in my VX on an Infiniti X35.

I regret that decision. The FX35 is a wonderful car, but it doesn't have the personality of the VX.

I don't think the boxy-looking Freelander would keep you happy for long. I think you'd get bored after awhile.

Just my opinion. But I'm actively looking for a replacement VX so I can sell my FX35!

Nasty looking front and fiddly console, attack angle on the front doesn't look much, with that extended hood/plastic covered bush bars thing. :uhohgray:

C'mon Bra... that overstuffed Ford weighs 5000lbs.!!! 160bhp.???? 360 ain't enough... then ad in the crappy electrics (like an '89 Merc) and you get p.u. stinky car. If you were trading for a Q7, or the even the new G class I could understand kind of... well the Q ship anyway. Listen to reason my Dutch speaking friend... What are you gonna get for the little Isuzu anyway, a down payment?? I know things are different in your part of the planet, and the storage is an issue. Maybe there is a way to put the Isuzu away, come up with the down money, and drive what is tickling your itch at the moment. Don't you guys have some kind of lease deal. You live in the "low'' Country part of Europe, for Christ's sake.... how often are you gonna use the Landys (admidittedly awsome) offroad skills?? What, are you gonna race the tide or something? You have owned the VX for some time now. Promise you'll want out of the Rover in 2 years... Find a way to store the Isuzu! Sell now and you will regret it. Love....Wayne
