I just found some great pics of the Mooncraft body kit on a Japanese web site.

Ya, that link pops up evey couple of years (you noobs! ).

Great looking kit and is a one of a kind. It's not so much the body kit, but the turbo w/ FMIC in that thing that is most impressive. I forget the whole story, but apparently the whole vehicle was for sale on Ebay or something some years ago. They were contacted about the body kit by someone here and they didnt make them, just that ONE. BUT, they would make them per order.... for like $8kUS I think it was.

Anyone else remember the full story?

I dont mind the profile view, kind of like the side skirts... but that rear bumper... ill side with biju

iirc i think that the kits were hand made from fiberglass and just completely replaced the cladding?

I'm on the fence like Beej. Can't quite sort through my feelings, but projectile vomiting seems like it might be appropriate if I woke up next to that kit. Too sleek and not mean enough.

I disagree to your use of the term cartoony.....THIS is cartoony...LOL




I think the MoonCraft VX body kit is more in line with Japanese Animation, or "Anime"!
