Western North Carolina...
Veni, Vidi, Velcro
(I came, I saw, I stuck around)
IIRC it's about 120K miles, but should be listed in the owner's manual maintenance section.
Over 20 years of Isuzu enjoyment...
my owner's manual says normal conditions-100,000 miles, severe conditions-75,000 miles. I replaced mine at 75,000 since i didn't know the history and I was driving out to Moab.

Leave it BETTER than you found it!
I'd say if you not the original owner - replace it at 75000. And do not forget to replace tensioner, two pulleys and water pump at the same time.Originally Posted by dkmiller68

I havent done thisyet, but also do thermostat?. I think I remembered that from some old Isuzu info in my head...
The thermostat is located under the common chamber, so no need to replace it at this step since the procedures are not related.Originally Posted by MrCrowley
Is this what what most replace with the "gator" belts?
And can you have Isuzu dealerships aquire those for servicing or are they aftermarket?
