A Terrible Accident
Just driving along, minding my own business...granted, I was going WAY too fast...when all of a sudden, WHAM!
On impact glass shatters, I see suspension components from my truck flying through the air, in a surreal, slow motion arc.
To make matters worse, a fire breaks out under the hood & I'm upside down in the wreckage...
Oh, did I mention MOTOR STORM for PS3 launched today??? SWEET!!!
My joystick's gettin' cold...gotta go!

Yeah, $600 is freaking rediculous for a console system. Especially since only about 2% of console games are actually decent enough to play. Its all about PC gaming man!
But then again, if I was wealthy enough to not feel the impact of a frivolous $600 purchase, I would probably buy one just for kicks...

ya I want a ps3 soo bad dont mind droping the cash. look @ it this way ur buying a 600 dollar blueray disc dvd player. Oh and it plays games. look around blueray players cost more than that.

I say if you got the money then buy it. Remember it is a Blue Ray player as well. Compare that price to the price of a stand alone Blue Ray player, and your getting a sweet deal. SONY does NOT make any profit but rather looses money from the sales of the PS3.

Well, you got a point there, but from my experience the game consoles don't handle DVDs as well, I have used my PS2 as a DVD player for years, but it really does not do so well with scratched discs and some DVDrs. Plus, using the game controller to control DVDs is kind of annoying, but the PS3 may have improved in this area, I don't know however...
Still, six hundo is a mighty chunk of change...and I need to stop sitting around so much and get my *** moving...
