Nice job, Costie! You've got a good eye for seeing the potential there!
Off the subject a bit...where did you get the fog lights??
Nice grill too!

Nice job! I agree, subtle.
I sometimes envy the contrast the Protons and Ironmans can show with the dark cladding and black trim. Now all you need is a white skid plate like tomdietrying.
If they are the same as the one's I picked up from ebay:Originally Posted by vxDAKINECHICvx

I'm not impresses with them. LED is too dim for the angel eye. I'm tempted to make my own or find a right sized Cold Cathode Tube. But yes Costie, you've opened up that door with the photos - what are your thoughts on your fogs...
I think it looks great, especially the grill. Has anyone tried using any of that paint designed specifically for plastic? How about the "chrome" paint you can buy? I would love a chrome looking grill, but I wouldn't like the like the look of a chrome painted grill, know what I mean? I have also seen that chrome application process listed in the back of Popular Science/Popular Mechanics that claims to be able to coat just about anything chrome by spraying it on, but I don't know where to send the grill out to to have it done. Anyway, I like both the completely sprayed look and the "just the front grill painted look". Great job guys.
thanx guys, i got the fog lights at wal-mart for 20 bucks, they are strong, they give the halo look but when on they don't do the halo light. but they are very strong and i just took off the old factory fog lights off, cut of the plastic clear cover off, cut of the back and put those fog lights on there light a housing and now i can turn them and take them off like the old factory fog lights buy useing there housing, and i used the same connectors so no need for special wiring. just a simple turn like the old factory fog lights. if u guys need more info on how to make them, i be glad to take pictures and show u guys.
Are those operational hood pins or just some sort of stick-on fluff trinkets? When I previously had the C/F hood, I never found a pair of hood pins that worked well at all with the countour and slope of the VX hood.
