    Faulty Webasto Sunroof

My battery went dead one morning so i drove my truck to work. Came home at 4pm and i heard some 'ticking' under the dash and thought i smelled some wire burn, sniff, sniff. Suspected it was my Viper alarm trying to tell me something. Charged the battery, car started fine, but the horn on the viper alarm doesn't work anymore when i press the buttons AND the Webasto sunroof open and close buttons do not work at all. Checked fuses etc. to no avail. Help!

You'll probably have to trace the source of the "burned wire smell" to find the problem.
Is the sunroof incorporated into the alarm system?
Those wires would be a good place to start.
