    Rancho RSX...

Probably shoulda put this in the last thread but thought that it needed its own, since I haven't seen them discussed on here yet.
Question is has anyone tried these, rancho RSX, out yet. I am buying a set o shocks tomorrow and was set on the Rs 9000x's. Unfortunately though, sam's o'road only has the new XL's and not the old ones. 350 even though a good price is more then I wanna spend. I do most of my driving in the city and very rarely get offroad, so I would be pretty happy with a decent shock that handles more speed and manuvering type driving better than offroading it. The site says that these are self adjusting. Gimmick?
Lastly has anyone had the r5000's and if so, how did they like them.

    Thanks

How is the handling? Do they allow body roll?

    Well.....

Well FYI, just got an email back from Sams o'road and they said that the RSX isn't made for our vehicle. So whether they just don't have specs on it for ours or not I don't know. I told them hat I had the VX but since the trooper is the same I'll write them back and find out if they make them for that.
I origianly ran the 5000's in the front when my stock fronts went and had no problems with them. I like to have a little more in the rear though, so I was maybe even thinking of doing 9000's in the rear and 5000's in the front. But 150 for 4 with 5000 and 350 for 4 with 9000 has me really leaning to replacing with the 5000's all the way round.
Lastly another FYI, the regular 9000x has been discontinued, so for those looking to upgrade, you need to get the new 9000xl, not sure if the parts numbers are the same or not. When I pull the trigger, I'll post about the possibly new numbers on those.
    Any other Thoughts?

    Thanks,
