tod"check"lite blinking after rollback in neutral to drive,is this serious or ez fix

shifted into neutral ,rolled back on hill,thought i was in drive,tod "check " lite came on.wouldshifting into 4 lo briefly reingage system?

Pull off the negative battery cable for 5 minutes or so - it'll reset everything and you're TOD light will go away. Of course, if something serious is wrong with it it will come back on, but I've had something similar happen to me - engine went dead slowing in a wide curve - I put the truck in neutral and restarted it - when the tranny engaged in drive the TOD light came on. Did the reset and it went away, no harm, no foul.
