IMO the best way is to mount the bracket to the regulator, goop up the SBC channel with RTV, have the glass already in the channels almost to the top (so it is in more of the rubber guide channels and rested), move the regulator up to mate with the lines I made where the old holders were, and slip the glass in the channel. Remove the excess RTV and let it set up. I did not have to do any adjustments and the window works great with no binding or problems. It is nice to have my LF window back after 2 months of not using it!!

The only thing I would add is to try and mount the SBC bracket a little farther forward than the original tabs were. This should help with the tilting problem but there isn't much play so you prolly won't be able to do much without 'stretching' the holes on the bracket.
