If you use the search function you will find many many options. I plan on painting mine eventually because the previous owner did not take care of it at all.

Order lunch...then dinner....and you should be able to read all that's available, using the search function on the subject, in total comfort.

I have been real happy with Armor All Extreme Tire Shine Gel, in an orange plastic bottle, with a foam applicator.

Wash the cladding to remove all of the dirt and grime. Then it takes about 10 - 15 minutes to apply the gel. It leaves the cladding with a nice wet black look that stays for days, or until a hard rain. It then just looks black for a few months. If you live in a dusty area, the dust will stick while in the wet black mode.

The gel also does a good job on the hood insert and side mirrors.

    Regards,
    Henry

I used this as did Etlsport. We both hated it. My experiance was massive streaking. I dont recommend it.

the more coats you do the smoother the finish gets that results in less streaking I put on 5 coats left it dry over night then sprayed it with trim shine it looks awesome. note- when I put it on outside it was drying too fast and streaking I finished it in a garage

Were you able to get that from one bottle? My cladding is so flippin dry it took quite a bit to get half the VX done. I wouldve needed two more bottles to maybe make it look good.

    hey drummy,
i doubt that i ever use the product, but with that many coats, did it fill in the "origonal" texture of the cladding, to the point it was smooth? or is that texture still visible thru the product? just wondering.....i myself am sold on the meguires, uh...crap....been too long ......ENDURANCE......great stuff, but dont think i would use it over the product that you have on there.
anyway, ive seen the stuff, and remember the post here about it, just had those two questions about it

it did fill in the texture that made each coat easier to apply I've used alot of different sprays on it and they all worked well until it rained. the back to black actually dyes the plastic black again not just shine weathered grey plastic as far as recommending it, I haven't had it on long enough to know how long it lasts but it is definately black again

I coppied this from the link we had going about our car show. ROWHARD was really nice and used some cool stuff (One Grand) on our cladding. It looked clear, as he sprayed it on and wiped it around with a towel (took him like, less than 15min to do my whole rig) It's been like a month or so and still looks great! Here's a couple pictures of the stuff and our rigs.

I have had excellent results from a $4 can of Trim Shine. After each washing, I spray all my cladding with Trim Shine, and then lightly wipe with a microfiber cloth. It leaves my cladding dark, shiney and even. If your cladding isn't totally faded, I think this option works well to maintain the luster. Once it is faded out though, who knows.

Clint, have you tried Trim Shine on yours yet?
