Tone and I both had our passenger side exhaust pipe break off at the flange to the manifold. How is this possible for two Vehicrosses in different geographical areas?

Do you both have the PV or other after-market exhaust installed? Did you put an additional hanger on the front of the muffler, to take the stress off? I know BigMike had the same issue with is Flowmaster...
The stock muffler has a bracket with two bolts that relieves most of the weight. Just a possibility... it may not be this at all.
