VIDEO & SOUND CLIP of Magnaflow Dual-in Dual-out Exhaust

Finally got around to making a Video and Sound Clip of my exhaust system.
Not as efficient as I would like, but fun. Notice me squeal through a U-turn to get ahead of traffic.

I still find it a tad loud and looking to drop a few decibels still...



Cat back system:
stock pipes up to cats
Magnaflow high flow cats: 2.25" Model-54305
2.25" aluminized pipes into Magnaflow Muffler: Model-14385
2.25" aluminized pipes to 3" tips
Between the muffler and tips I have an 8" resonator

Not really, I have LOTS of sound deadening.
It does get raspy and loud on moderate acceleration- sort of all noise, no go...
But when you tromp it, it sounds cool and goes good!

I think I got my sights set on finding a NOS powervault, for the increase in HP. Anyone know if there is a big difference betwixt a PV1 & PV2?

Ldub, you got a wood burning 'puter? That must have set you back about a zillion bucks! Mines powered by a very lazy hampster on a wheel

Hey dough your VX sounds like a rocket about to launch

It've being spinning on my head for an while the same idea to add some " sonic contamination " to my toy too.

A couple of months ago i had my muffler & tail pipe replaced.

The guys added a smaller muffler instead of the same size of the OEM & even though is just one it sounds very good but after seeing your " VX launching " i'll deffinetly adding a second one

What was the total damage for everything? Too bad we don't have an x-pipe option, makes the v6 configuration sound really good (think 350Z). I'd like to do something similar but just a single exit exhaust, possibly with a resonator in there too.

Kinda has a tingy resonation giving it accel, but if its anything like the PV1, that will deepen and get MO'NICER with age. Sounds good.
