Never trust a shadetree welder. I saw some of the welds on that thing when they showed a Discovery special about it. I almost fell out of my chair.

I also saw the tv special and they had to select a particular "size" tornado in that it couldn't be too big, strong, powerful, etc. as it was anticipated that a larger funnel (ie. f4, f5) would inflict too much damage.
