Ironman is still my favorite distance. I can go al day at 85-90%...the sprint distance is 110% for just over an hour and hurts way to much! At the begging of my coach for the last few years I took a break from Ironman this year to try to get my speed back...next year will be an all out assault on Ironman Arizona (Nov. 2009) in an attempt to get one of the elussive spots for Hawaii (2010)!
