Cool, no cutting on the cladding!!! I love the idea of not having to cut/trim the cladding to make tires fit. I look forward to seeing the upcoming photos. However, given a choice-- I prefer the Pro-Comp A/T in P285/60R18 which weighs only 43 lbs, is "Snowflake/Mountain Approved" and has a 50,000 mile warranty. The tread pattern of the Pro-Comp A/T is outstanding. The other tire I'm really impressed with is the General Grabber AT2, which is also available in a variety of "P" series for reduced "unsprung weight" (I shy away from "LT" series tires as they are extremely heavy; each normally 10 lbs more than their "P" series twin).

As VX owners, we have a lot of tire options, and the A/T tires from "Pro-Comp" and "General Grabber AT2" are worth checking out on their respective internet websites.

Yeah, I'm running 285/60/18s and didn't have to cut the cladding either. I'm not sure if it matters, but I replaced the stock springs w/ OME 912s and crancked the tortions bars.
    Peace.
