    GM 6-lug Wheels & Vehicross

Does anyone know if GM 6-lug 18" wheels off an avalanche will fit the 01 Vehicross? I'm thinking the bolt pattern is the same but don't know for sure.
I'm not sure if there's a difference in the actual lug diameters between the two as well. Any help would be appreciated.

    GMC wheels

    I believe they do.

Remember that isuzu & GM are "brothers"

I'll be upgrading my shoes next month & i was checking ebay.com wheels & tires shops & when I pull up the matching wheels most of them were fit not only GM,but toyota, nissan & mitsubishi on few SUV's models.

Keep an eye on the center bore, which should be 100 mm for our VX's

How ever there's so many internet shops offering wheels that you will problally spend days checking them all.

However you can start by looking at tirerack.com
    Dakar was just the begining.

An old member, bimati, had some GM wheels on his VX.

IIRC, Bim had to use wheel spacers to make those rims fit, & they somehow, FUBAR'd his front bearings or half shafts...
    Anyone remember more specifics?

As a general statement, most rims from Jap trucks (Nissan, Mitsu, Toy & Isuzu) will fit GM products because the center bore is larger. It doesn't always work the other way. Even though the bolt patterns are the same, the c-bore on many rims for GM applications is too small.

Hmmm, see, that's weird because I always thought the 6x5.5 rims that were for GM trucks DID NOT fit because the center hole was too small. For instance, my AR rims came in both a "GM" pattern and a "Nissan, Toyota" pattern, with the only difference being the center bore....
