Wait, it sounds like you are asking if you can put 18" tires on 16" rims...if so, the answer should be no...AFAIK, the last number is the rim size, so 245 70/R16s fit 16" rims and 245 60/R18s fit 18" rims...

I planned on buying new rims and tires founds some 18's, definitly didnt mean switching tires to rims, i have 16 rims and tries want to put on 18 rims and tires, but my tire guy said i shouldnt cause you cant find many aggressive all terrian tires in an 18. Decisions, Decisions, lol.

    Thumbs up

Nitto Terra Grapplers 285/60/18s is what the stock VX should have come with. A lot of the guys have them so you should be able to see plenty of examples.
    Peace.

I would look into the BFG Mud Terrain 2's. That will probably be my next tire when my MTR's wear out.

Yes or just get some knarly ones and wear the heck out of them and then buy another set when done and you still save money over buying 2 pairs now The only knarly ones I like now are:

    -Mickey Thompson Baja Claw Radial

    -BFGoodrich Mud-Terrain T/A KM2

    -Nitto Mudd Grappler
