    Stock battery size/Group #?

Hey guys - I'm now an "owner"! Drove my one-owner, 58K (all highway miles), garage queen, stone stock '01 Proton from the CA high desert to Orange County on a rainy Thursday this past week. Her "temporary home" is on the showroom at my friends at TruSpeed Motorcars in Costa Mesa. Anyway, it's still got the original (8 year old!) OEM battery in her, but it's getting pretty weak. I want to go ahead and pick up a new Sears Platinum AGM battery for it when I head up there next week - can anyone give me a quick size or Group #? The drive back to the OC was MISERABLE, as it was raining hard all the way; it took us 5 hours to do a (normally) 2 hour drive, with accidents EVERYWHERE. I was worn slam out and it was dark and rainy when I got there, so I was too lazy to pop the hood and check it. Thanks in advance - look for a proper intro with copious photos next week!

Congratulations "TheGanzman" on finding the perfect VX. Sounds like you found a good one there. Great to have another VXer in Orange County, now that makes two. I see that TruSpeed Motorcars is close to John Wayne Airport, I only work a couple of miles from the Airport (Jamboree/405). We should meet up sometime.

Just so happens last week my battery went dead, I put in another Red Top Optima it was a (75/35)
