Don't ever worry about hijacking a thread I've started once an answer has been reached.

As wedding anniversary gifts my wife and I gave each other East German gas masks from Harry's Army Surplus way back in 2002, a few months after 9/11/2001.

The VehiCross owner in Howell, MI has not returned my phone call. I might shoot him an e-mail out of curiosity.

There is still more room for input from other members about your question. I know for a fact that there is a VXer out there who has both a Jeep Cherokee and a VX right now.
