Is coolant leak from front of motor covered on Warranty?

My 01 has 40K on it, leak just started on front side of motor behind plastic cover/timing cover and not sure of exact cause but is it possibly a covered issue with 10 yr 100K warranty. Ha any one else had this issue? I can see it coming form bottom of cover and assuem it is from behind cover or above slightly in area of water pump.

Isn't the 10yr/100k warranty just on the drivetrain components? Would gaskets & seals be excluded from that coverage?

Good luck with the dealer on that one!
