VT, post a pic of your fox with the NERF bars installed. That came out awsome.

Put a smiley after you say that Bub.
No doubt, it's nice today so maybe I can take a few pics and get them up tonight, although I'd rather wait for the weekend when I can spend the time to polish the cladding to match the bars. Right now I have a nice two-tone lower body.
Oh and btw, something started rattling on the passenger side Tuesday night. I'm going to get up under it tonight and see what I can find. Given that vague description do you have any ideas on what to look for?
Something loose???
If you can't find it by next weekend, call I'll stop by whilst down that way (although Wifey will never forgive me since it's supposed to be a romantic getaway weekend)
Hopefully that won't be necessary - I don't want you to have to take a bullet for me!
It's a beautiful day outside so I'm going to slip out a little early and play with it this afternoon. I noticed that the carpet bucked up a little near the passenger's side kickplate, so maybe the bolt under it is just a little loose. When I asked Tone for installation tips he recommended retightening the bolts after a few days, so maybe that's all that's required.
We'll see...
First thing to check would be the metal splash guard I cut to make it fit. It may help to schlep some RTV on it where it meets the bracket for the NERF.
I decided to try some good old fashioned WD-40 tonight after work, and at least for now it seems to have fixed the problem. The creeking/vibration seemed to be coming from the area where the bracket contacts the body bolt, so I just doused that area and called it a night.
We'll see how long it lasts. If WD-40 isn't the long-term solution, I'll try silicone spray next and then work up to RTV. Thanks again for the suggestions Tom!
You can also get white lithium grease in a spray. It will stick around a LOT longer than WD-40.

Nice! I think I see Isuzu snowflake rims, but what tires are you running?
Looks great!
Was reading back through this thread and realized I never answered Tom's request to post pictures of the step bars. I figured while I'm at it I probably should just post fully updated pics:
Any other Foxfires out there who've yet to check in?
Thought I had done it but must have missed it last time I was on (arguably awhile ago).
