I TOTALLY found my second car

Been looking for another car so I could stop driving the VX so much, and just cruising around Ebay I just found the perfect Isuzu so I can stay in the family.

Haha - that was my previous car before I bought the VX.

    Well, not really that one,

    mine was black,

and had a 2.8L diesel motor

But it was turbocharged and had 2wd selectable.:bwgr::bgwp:

That's a perfect example of never getting your money back for aftermarket mods...

It would almost be worth the asking price for the motor alone...
(edit, Oops, I guess that's only the current bid, my bad)

    Ohhhhhhhhhh...if I were a rich man...

Wish I could find some pics of my old '90 Amigo. Bought it totaled and gave her a rotisserie rebuild. Took 2 years in my spare time but she came out purdy. 33" Mickey Thompson Bajas look good under those wells (even if she never really saw any offroading).

Do it man. I am loving my new STi. Turning out to be a decent DD as I managed 25mpg on my first tank. Unfortunately, it has rained here almost every day since I bought it so enjoying it on a nice day is still in limbo.

I gave it to my brother for help he gave me moving when I bought the VX. It was 4 cyl standard stock and I liked it and think it was better looking than the one on ebay. If you want the 350 and all that crap buy a car that comes with it and is designed for it. Otherwise this is just a body slapped on to this stuff or the original equipment is not designed for the equipment added.

This is actually *quite* tempting. If I wasn't looking for a 4-door, I would be all over it. Looks like it's in good shape too and cheap (so far)!

I just need some damn money. I have already missed out on 2 low mileage
    1st gen Troopers. Arrrrrg.

I was kidding about my original post. It would be a great car if everywhere I had to go was about 1/4 mile away in a straight line. Like Dub said, I would buy the thing just for the motor and drop that in something more deserving.

Bart, that Trooper IS tempting. I've been looking for a second car too so I can retire Vicki, but the money issue is a problem for me too. I was looking at Rodeo Sports, or Amigo's, but that short wheel base Trooper kicks arse.

Big Swede, do you need another project?

That's about 10 minutes from where I work, if anyone is truly interested...
