I've never seen a soft top VX, was there such a thing OEM ? Other than that I would say "MORON'S"!.
So I said to myself, I said "Handee"
and this voice came back and said..
"He's not in, may we take a message?"

There's been much discussion on this board over time re: building a roadster version by cutting the top off a normal VX - but nothing has ever come of it. There are a bunch of issues, but the dead end seems to always be with how to keep structural integrity when you cut the top off.

I'll at least say in their defense that they're doing a #@!#-ton of business and they have a > 98% positive rating. Hard to ask much more when you're moving that kind of volume.

At a casual glance it looks like they could pick a different shipper and be more careful in packaging and most people wouldn't have a problem. But you do have to wonder what happened on the "wouldn't-let-me-return-the-wrong-part" ones.

Clearly, customer service isn't their strong point! I've dealt with high volume sellers on ebay before that at least don't lie and misrepresent their items....this outfit is atrocious!

    hey they are selling stuff

designed for our specific vehicle and our vehicle doesnt have what they say is for our vehicle. Typical internet so called universal fit dodge. Universal fit means fits all vehicles poorly. So for my opinion they are untrustworthy to start or at least ignorant of their product and how it relates to our vehicle.
