When I tried to order a new OEM from my local (former) Isuzu dealer late last year they came back with "not available" after processing the order....so I bought one on ebay that was virtually new.

yeah, they're just little pillows, not covers of any kind. says you can attach them to the headrest support poles....but I've never seen anybody drive with a pillow behind they're head/neck.....and don't think I want to...
