Possible 2010 Henderson, Nevada area meet/dinner/whatever

Just throwing this up as a feeler for discussion and planning...
I will be up in Henderson, Nevada with the VX in Nov. of 2010 (probably the 5th-8th) for a race at Lake Mead. Will be pretty busy with the race but would like to get together for maybe a breakfast or lunch on one of the days I am up there (race is Sunday so that day is totally out) with any VXers in the area (I know there are a few).
So lets hear from you if you may be interested or have any suggestions.

I haven't been able to get to any So.Cal meets yet, so any in my back yard are VERY welcome! Nov. 2010 is quite a ways away, but there are LOTS of options for food, meeting spots, etc... Possibly even some trails afterward?

I haven't made my final travel plans yet (*note to self...do this soon) but will post some date options as soon as I do.

Looks like the best times for a meet up for me will either be breakfast on Sat Nov 6 or lunch on Mon Nov 8. I figure most of you guys work on Mon so that leaves the Sat breakfast. Let me know what you guys think then I will start an "official" meet post.

By the way I will be staying at the Fiesta Henderson Station Casino hotel (the price was right). Any suggestions for a meet place from you locals (you know the good eats places...I have never been up there)?

There's a smorgasbord of buffets around to choose from, perfect for those that need to carbo load. I'll note that date.. tho I'm notoriously flakey on the morning after friday night.
